Refund policy

At Shaheen's Store, we aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you're not fully satisfied, our return policy lasts for 7 days. This means you have 7 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return request.

Return Eligibility:

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unworn, unused, and with the original tags attached.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at shaheenstorepak@gmail.com. Kindly note that all returns should be sent to the following address: Shaheen's Store, P56 Street 14th, Opposite MCB Bank Hajiabad Branch, Ahmedabad Sheikhupura Road, Faisalabad.

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

In case you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work swiftly to rectify the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain categories of items are exempted from being returned:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.

Customized products like special orders or personalized items.

Personal care goods such as beauty products.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns on items on sale or gift cards. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges:

For the quickest service, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund.
